राजस्थान में कक्षा 8 और 5 की परीक्षाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 15 जनवरी, 2024 से शुरू होगी। आवेदन प्रक्रिया से पहले सभी स्कूलों को कुछ जरूरी काम करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इन कामों को करने से ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया में त्रुटि की संभावना कम हो जाएगी।
कामों की सूची
- विद्यार्थियों के नाम, माता-पिता के नाम और जन्म तिथि में यदि कोई त्रुटि हो तो उसे सुधारवाना।
- स्कूल प्रोफाइल में आवश्यक संशोधन करवाना।
- स्कूल की श्रेणी में आवश्यक परिवर्तन करवाना।
- कक्षा 8 में किसी विद्यार्थी के तृतीय भाषा विषय में यदि परिवर्तन हो तो उसे भरवाना।
- ऐसे स्कूल जो विभाग से मान्यता प्राप्त हैं और पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत नहीं हैं, उन्हें पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत करवाना।
- आरटीई में पूर्ववर्ती विद्यार्थियों की कक्षा में यदि अपडेशन नहीं हो पाया है तो उसे समय पर करवाना।
- विद्यार्थियों को कमोन्न्त करते हुए उनके प्रपत्र 5 (निजी) और प्रपत्र 7 (राजकीय विद्यालय) का मिलान करवाना।
इन कामों को करने का महत्व
इन कामों को करने से ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया में त्रुटि की संभावना कम हो जाएगी। यदि आवेदन में कोई त्रुटि हो जाती है तो उसे सुधारने में समय और परेशानी दोनों लग सकती है। इसलिए, स्कूलों को इन कामों को समय पर करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
आवेदन प्रक्रिया
आवेदन प्रक्रिया शाला दर्पण/पीएसपी के माध्यम से विद्यालय स्तर पर ऑनलाइन भरी जाएगी। आवेदन के लिए विद्यार्थियों को विद्यालय से आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करना होगा। आवेदन पत्र में मांगी गई सभी जानकारी भरकर विद्यालय को जमा करनी होगी। विद्यालय आवेदन पत्रों को ऑनलाइन भरेगा और उन्हें विभाग को भेजेगा।
