RKSMBK Academic Program: Schedule for Grades 3 to 8

Essential Information: Adherence to the RKSMBK Academic Schedule is Mandatory

The schedule provided by the state for the RKSMBK academic program must be followed.Targeted Study:

Teachers should utilize the time before assessments for revision and targeted study with students. It is especially crucial for teachers to adhere to this most effectively.

This timetable outlines the specific times for subject revisions and assessments, ensuring students and teachers are well-prepared for their evaluations.

Increasing steps of education program in Rajasthan – Second summative assessment of students from class 3 to 8 in the state on 6-7 February.

Under the ‘Increasing Steps in Education in Rajasthan’, the second summative assessment of students studying in classes 3 to 8 will be held on 6th and 7th February. Summative assessments under this program are conducted three times a year. Shri Naveen Jain, Government Secretary, School Education Department, gave directions to the education officers and institution heads across the state regarding the successful conduct of this summative assessment in the state level VC. He said that the question papers of Summative Assessment-2 will basically be ability based. Through these, the abilities of children can be assessed class wise and subject wise. He said that the timing of Summative Assessment-2 should be kept before lunch from 12.00 to 1.00 pm and after lunch break from 3.00 to 4.00 pm. He instructed all the teachers to use the school time before and after Summative Assessment-2 for teaching and practice work with the children.

The Government Secretary said that Summative Assessment-2 is an important activity for children, hence all children should have information about it in time so that children can prepare fully for it. For this, detailed information about this should be posted on the notice boards of all schools. To make the parents of the children aware about this, all the teachers in the schools should write a note related to this in the diary of their children and send it to the parents for observation. On the day of Summative Assessment-2, he ordered all the officials of the state, district and block to monitor all its arrangements and said that it is very important to have fairness and honesty in education and every assessment conducted with children should be evaluated impartially. And be right.

During the VC, Shri Jain gave instructions to ensure timely presence of personnel in schools and offices and said that teachers and basic computer instructors should not be posted in other offices without any important work. While giving instructions to maintain the movement register in all the district/block offices, he said that negligence towards work will not be tolerated in the department. State Project Director of Rajasthan School Education Council, Mr. Avichal Chaturvedi, Director, Secondary Education, Mr. Ashish Modi and related officers were present in the meeting.
