The film Tejas, which stars Kangana Ranaut as an Indian Air Force pilot, has not shown any improvement in its box office collection on its second Saturday. According to early estimates shared by Sacnilk.com, the film collected ₹1.25 crore on day 2, the same as its opening day figure. As of now, the film has earned ₹2.5 crore in total after two days of release.

On Saturday, Tejas recorded a 7.58 percent Hindi occupancy, slightly higher than its opening day occupancy of 6.83 percent. The film was released alongside Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s 12th Fail, which had a similar opening but showed growth on Saturday due to positive word of mouth.

Kangana Ranaut, in a video message, invited her fans to watch Tejas in theaters. She expressed concern about the declining footfalls in theaters and urged people to support the film industry by watching movies on the big screen.

However, the film has received negative reviews from critics and viewers. Trader Nishit Shaw called Tejas a letdown, criticizing the screenwriting, dialogues, performances, and VFX. Film Companion referred to the film as a comedy. On IMDB, some viewers called it the “worst movie ever seen in life” and advised against watching it.
